The Town will hold a Special Town Board meeting on July 1st, 2026 @ 5:00 pm at the Town Court Facility, located at 4120 West Main Street Road.

Town Hall Under Construction
The Town Hall is currently under construction. Starting May 4, 2026 the Town Board, Planning Board & ZBA Meetings will be temporarily relocated to the Town Court – 4120 W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY 14020.
Water Main Break
The Town of Batavia Water Department is repairing a water main break on Roberts Rd. in Alabama, east of Alleghany Rd. This may cause reduced water pressures in the surrounding area, and the water may need to be shut off in that area for an unknown length of time. When the water is restored, it may be discolored. Please refrain from doing any laundry until the water runs clear. We apologize for any inconvenience and the public’s patience is greatly appreciated.

The Town Board work session @ 5:00pm on April 15th, 2026 has been canceled.

The April Town of Batavia Board meeting will be held on April 22nd, 2026 @ 7:00pm instead of April 15th, 2026.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Batavia Supervisor, Gregory H. Post, has canceled the Special Meeting of the Town of Batavia Board previously scheduled to be held at 5:00 P.M. on February 4, 2026.
