There will be a Special Town Board meeting on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. to consider Skylighters of NY LLC application for a Fireworks Display on Saturday, August 12 at 3400 Galloway Road, sponsored by Vicki Reisdorf.
There will be a Special Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. to call a Public Hearing for Area Variance for property located at 9115 Creek Road.
New York State Thruway Authority will be performing repairs to the bridge over the Thruway on State Street Road between East Saile Drive and the City-line. They will be reducing traffic to a single lane for about 3 weeks beginning Monday, July 17, 2023. Please plan accordingly and expect minor delays.

The Genesee County Highway Department would like to notify the public of a significant bridge replacement project on Wortendyke Rd in the Town of Batavia. Started June 26th, this essential undertaking will require a temporary closure of approximately 6-8 weeks between South Main Street Road and State Route 33.
